The interpretation of G-Range is Gabriel’s Capability or distance, which is somewhat of a personal challenge set upon him self.

Initially before the artist he was one of the biggest and most passionate music lovers with the most eclectic taste, and instead of creating tunes it was drawing and graffiti where his passion lay, but while doing this he was always writing and expressing himself through lyrics reflecting his everyday life but felt because his lyrics and concepts for songs weren’t the same as everyone else’s around him it wouldn’t “fit in” therefore he didn’t expose them and kept them in his head.
After years of listening to his brethrens rapping in front of him, with his lyrics growing and growing he took a dive into the deep end and finally began joining in with they’re jamming sets ventilating his feelings and to every ones surprise he sounded as if he’d been doing it for years, equipped with passionate projection while riding the beat smoothly and comfortably, he was a natural, though he had a deep and unique voice he would later learn how to control and use it to his advantage.

While at college G-Range thru a friend met a budding producer by the name of Soundz, who was also discovering himself musically, he was very open minded towards on agreed to work with G-Ranges different writing style and concepts for songs and was also a very creative person himself, he also had full time access to recording equipment so without further ado…it was time to start making pounding, original music.

Being granted the access to endless studio time enabled G-Range to practice frequently and eventually grow significantly fast in his new chosen hobby, discovering his styles and using it to his best ability.

Since then G-Range has been play listed for Kiss100 with the unofficial Hackney anthem tune Its Real, made a guest appearance on BBC1XTRA, has also charted in the top 10 for UK Street sounds and RWD magazine urban charts, and had a feature as “the one too watch” in Raw magazine, he has also been featured in TOUCH magazine for a compilation cd in association with G-Hop, which he’s been involved with for numerous projects and is also a featured artist for the popular Love Music Hate Racism events.

His live performances are said to be captivating and definitely crowd pleasing gifted with a cocky but likeable confidence, his charisma is more then enough to go around for everyone in the crowd leaving a majority of people entertained. His PAs have taken place in venues all over London which include club Turn mills,
10 Rooms, Blue Ice, Ruby Blue, OH Bar to name a few

With a bag of exclusive tracks, collaborations and a debut promo titled N.O.L.A.B.E.L.S. due out in February 2007 the future looks bright for this unique artist, so watch this space because YOU WILL enjoy the ride this up and coming talents material will take you on.
