Loose SkrewZ is a group of four MCs from South London:  Dex D, Glamz, T.Tyza & Lurkz – incredibly talented and still only 17 years old. 

Becoming friends while at the same high school, they quickly found they shared the same dream – to live, eat and breathe music.  This, and the natural chemistry of their personalities meant there was only one way forward and Loose SkrewZ was born.

Currently paying their dues in the underground scene, Loose SkrewZ are very rapidly earning a reputation as an act with immeasurable energy and real stage presence.  Combine this with four entertaining personas, rhyming attitude and a postitive soundscape and you have a group that, quite simply, is worth listening to. 

Drawing on influences from all black music: Hip Hop, R&B, grime and garage, their sound is best described as a mix of urban vibes and street lyrics with an injection of fun and positivity. 

Driven by a strong desire to succeed, Loose SkrewZ have worked hard to get their music heard.  Performing at shows all over South London and building a strong following on myspace – the group is on a mission to pepper the industry! 

And their efforts haven’t gone unnoticed; winning Choice FM’s Hustle & Flow Competition earlier this year and being crowned champions of Ras Kwame’s HomeGrown session in xxxx.
